米漿就是種美食

在一個大雨滂沱的傍晚

In a rainy evening

我突然很想很想很想吃肉

Instantly I sincerely want to  a meat

於是我立馬想到了海南雞飯...

and I realize Hainanese Chicken Rice could be the best choice....

也不管現在是大雨還是颱風

Whatever it’s heavy rain or Typhoon outside

我就是想吃！

I just want to have it!

谷歌搜尋了一家評價不錯的瑞記海南雞飯

There’s a good one shown on the google map with high reputation

饞蟲衝腦的我就拖了人陪我吃飯去了

and I dragged someone came with me to fulfill my cuisine anxiety 

首先先來點個麻辣腳筋$60來開胃！！

My appetizer, Spicy chicken tendon, cost NTD 60

不會很辣，會無限分泌口水🤤

Not too spicy but generated unlimited hunger

超開胃的一道料理

What a perfect food for the 1st plate

我個人很喜歡有嚼勁的筋

I like the chewy tendon especially

基本上只要店家有賣筋我都必點！！😂😂

Basically 100% I would try if it’s on the menu!!

黑蒜肉骨茶 

The soup called, Bak Kut Teh soup $100

這個我超級推！看起來很普普但味道

卻很濃郁

It looks normal but can amaze you when taste it 

喝起來很順口+湯頭有股自然的甜味

Natural ingredients brings sweat flavor

我沒有記錯的話黑蒜它的營養價值很高！

If I remember correctly, the black garlic brings the full nutrition!

喝湯的同時不僅是飽足口慾而已

也能順便補補身體～

It not only can fulfill the hunger but also nurse your body~

不敢喝黑蒜的可以點小盅的品嚐一下味道❤️

Small cup can be a choice for someone who’s afraid of garlic❤️

半隻肉雞  

Main dish, Half chicken $280

肉質鮮嫩多汁！吃起來不會柴

Juicy and tender! Not be too dry

特別的地方是他的沾醬～

Particularly it has the special sauces

薑蔥蒜調製成的綠色醬

Green one, made by ginger, green onion, and garlic

沾肉吃或是拌飯都非常的提味

Whatever you use for meat or put on the rice can enhance the level of taste

我朋友把全部都拿去拌飯了！香到不行

My friend put it all on the rice, it smell amazing

辣椒醬 沾肉則是是我的最愛

Red one, spicy source, my favorite 

不會辣，帶著酸酸甜甜的味道

Not too spicy but brings sweet and sour flavor

沾肉吃在拌飯除了添味之外還很開胃

It could generate 100% of your hunger as well as a different level of flavor if you have meal, source, and rice all together

新加坡老抽的醬就是很基本款的醬

Black one, Singaporean dark soy source, standard choice 

沒有特別喜歡或是不喜歡

I didn’t  have too much feeling on it

但我沾它沾得最少😂

Since I only used a little😂

覺得更喜歡綠醬跟辣椒醬❤️❤️👍

I do prefer Green and Red Ones

清雞油飯 

Chicken oil rice $40

這個要拿綠醬拌飯才好吃

It has more taste if you take with green source

直接吃就是一般雞油飯的香而已！

With rice only, you could still taste the pure flavor of chicken oil!

香蘭黃薑飯 

Pandan leaves＆ginger rice $40

薑黃帶點油蔥香味，但我還是喜歡拌綠醬

With the flavor of ginger and crisp onion, but better with green source for me

黃薑飯的油蔥香會讓人食指大動、胃口大開🤤

Smell terrific and maximized your hunger when you had it

搞不好單吃飯我也能心滿意足（？）

Probably I can be satisfied if I only order this one (?)

凍檸檬茶 Ice lemon tea / 奶茶  Ice milk tea $50

我喜歡凍檸檬茶，比較沒有那麼甜

I preferred Ice Lemon Tea, since its not so sweet

奶茶對我來說稍甜一點，平常習慣了無糖😂

It will be too sweet for me in milk tea cause I normally take sugar free

凍檸檬茶清爽解膩，推一下

Ice tea, perfect choice to cut the grease

結果吃超級快～～店家出餐速度蠻快的

Ate toooo fast~~Orders came fast as well

不到30分鐘就掃完了....

It took only 30mins to finish all

最主要的原因當然還是東西很好吃！

The key factor is “Good Taste”!

且環境裝潢得很棒～明亮又舒適

Decent decoration with comfortable lightening 

等待餐點時就先在旁邊拍拍照過癮一下

I’ve took some photos while waiting

良好整潔的用餐環境以及美味的餐點

Good and clean eating environment and perfect meals

讓來用餐的顧客吃得舒適又溫馨

Making a wonderful moment for all the customers

店門口也有放置椅子給外帶客人坐

They also provide seats for togo customers

讓客人不用忍受站立久候的無奈～

這點我覺得很貼心❤️❤️👍

It’s quite thoughtful not to let the customer suffer while waiting

雖然價格偏高一點點，但在這個地段可以接受

Even though the price is a bit higher, but it’s still reasonable due to the location 

畢竟在市政府捷運站附近😱高級地段啊～～

After all they are in City Hall station, one of the highest rate area
